We had some magnificent light conditions in the Palouse during the first two weeks of June. On this particular evening broken clouds were roaming the skies, creating small pools of illumination moving across the landscape. I have always loved this tree and canal viewed from Steptoe Butte, but have long waited to see it in light like this.
